Leonardo Hotel Berlin Mitte

Great hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and clean and modern interior. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and we love it. Only point to note for this particular stay was that we were in a room right next to housekeeping's storage rooms and it was very noisy, a lot of door slamming and loud conversations in this area very early in the mornings during our stay. Otherwise, fine.

Excellent hotel in a great location for seeing the sights of Berlin . Easy walking to central Berlin and opposite Friedrichstrasse Station if wanting to venture further . Quick and easy check-in and helpful and happy staff . Restaurants all along the river starting 1 minute from hotel front and another main street , Oranienburger Strasse no more than 10 minutes away . Excellent Wi-Fi . Recommended .

When I arrived at the hotel the room was not ready and I was told that it would take me about two hours to get it, I returned to the hotel after two hours and then was told that it would take another half hour, half an hour later, when I asked again, so the clerk told me, sir, you are supposed to get the room at three in the afternoon when it was 2:55 and she told me so scornfully when I arrived at three o'clock, And when I told the receptionist about the treatment she gave me then he told me you should just wait until he was ready and not ask if the room was ready.

Great location, close to points of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!!
