I walked inside, , took a sec with front desk sir , got in well, the bed was amazing and after a last sec home to hotel moment that meant the world to me to get in the bed warm , clean and just felt like a mini apt to me , i appreciated that plus the location for real is not joke, highway fairly nearby , onsite is an outdoor mall, some of the biggest grocery stores like Wegmans , Giant, Moms , are nearby , Target and movies down the street , 30 mins or speeding 17 min drive into DC . Lived in area and first time here and i appreciated , almost ditched this but price and comfort were key

Would stay again!

Very nice room. I was surprised the refrigerator was so large. It kept things very cold too. Only 1 recommendation. We were able to use the side entrance which was straight to the elevator. I have trouble walking so this was great! I only wish you had some chairs outside to sit in after walking through the parking lot. There are several seats up by the front entrance. Please just put 1 or 2 down by the other entrance.

A home feel

This was a comfortable stay. Smart tv, we were able to connect to our Netflix account. And they had free showtime which was cool too we were able to watch some good shows and movies. The tv was at a weird angle however, but we moved the table the tv was on so we can watch tv more comfortably so it wasn’t a big deal. They had enough cooking tools and utensils for my wife and I to cook and enjoy good meals together. The single seating sofa was comfy and perfect for me to do some laptop work, I used the little table to sit my laptop on and do work, while we watched tv. The other couch was comfy too, lots of different spots to sit at and eat and watch tv and relax. It felt like I was home. Lots of closer space and drawers to store clothes. And they had good coffee in lobby. My wife and I decided to sleep in so we didn’t check out breakfast but I know they have breakfast.

The heater continually clicked throughout the night - it sounded like a pilot light continually clicking. by continually, i mean it would click ~50 times and then stop for 10 minutes, then start again, maybe click 20 times and then stop for 5 minutes. this was constant anytime the heater was trying to turn itself on. I ended up just turning the temperature down so the heater didn't try and turn on. pretty cold. I was really unimpressed at the loudness of my neighbors. I woke up repeatedly not just due to the aforementioned clicking of the heater, but i could also hear the person in the room the floor above me urinating. I guess i should have worn ear plugs or something, but i didn't realize that it would be this difficult to get sleep at TownePlace Suites.

Cozy & Clean Hotel

I really loved my stay at the TownePlace Bowie. Although this is a pet friendly hotel, the rooms were cleaned well. I loved the breakfast; especially the Belgian Waffles.

I strongly suggest staying here the staff was courteous and very helpful. My husband and I are planning on coming back in the summer to visit relatives.
