Paradise Beach Hotel

The Hotel is very good. It is located on the beach and this beach is one of the nicest beach in the area. Overall, the rooms and bathroom are kept very clean. West Bay is a safe location. You can walk along the beach with no problem. It was great to have security at all points of entrance and egress at the Hotel and there is security monitoring beach activities throughout the day. The beach chairs are disinfected daily and the sand is cleaned and levelled in the morning. The breakfast selection is excellent. There are a number of options for hot meals. Order breakfast as soon as you get your coffee because you have to wait to get food prepared. Maybe 5-10 minutes. The only downside of this Hotel is the furniture is a bit outdated. The water pressure was very good with cold and hot water fully functional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back to this Hotel.

Las habitaciones me parecen descuidadas, necesitan una renoodeacion tienen espacio muerto en los balcones que pudiera utilizarse más en espacio interior, es necesario un espejo de cuerpo entero...habían cucarachas y la vegetación en todo el hotel está bien descuidada...la piscina también necesita modernizar y mantenimiento. La comida muy buena y el servicio en el restaurante de primera.

Location is great, probably the best beach strip in west bay. The trees covering the public area to resemble a canopy is beautiful. We had some issues with the bedroom TV, phone, and fridge but it took a day to switch rooms (though we were given an upgrade). Perhaps due to covid especially weekdays when there are less guests in the hotel, it was hard to reach hotel staff even through the phone or at the reception. We could note this difference as we stayed the first half of the week at the hotel next door where it was quite easy to communicate with staff. I had never visited Paradise beach - but a friend recommended it for the food. We had a fantastic seafood tower for dinner, and breakfast was also good - however, restaurant staff was lacking in the service department - we had to go to another hotel to ask for a corkscrew, we’d ask for a drink and it’d take several visits to the bar to get it. On our final day we ordered a burger & octopus and both were severely disappointing especially at the price of $20 USD each (higher than Canadian prices). The facilities are dated, and it can certainly use a face lift. However, if you love crystal clear waters this perk still makes up for some of its shortcomings. Finally, I have to personally comment on how incredibly helpful and kind the security guard at the beach was a from towels, to moving umbrellas, to running for drinks he was likely the most service oriented person on staff, so thank you!

Staff was really helpful, they have to improve a lot in the cleaning Day to Day in the rooms.

It’s close to store, but it is dirt, and the storm missed it up

The staff were very approachable and helpful. Ivan was great he deserves 5 stars The breakfast was very good. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

very clean/ up to date, great service from airport, to ferry, food ok, complimentary drink, wi-fi service

The staff was great and the stay was amazing, however we didn't have warm water in the shower initially. We reported it and they eventually corrected it but we did have to report it 3 times and it took 2 days. I don't think this is their normal response as everything else was perfect. I would go back even with the water issue!

La atencion en el restaurante fue excelente, sin embargo desde la llegada al aeropuerto la persona que nos llego a traer se porto grosero y arrogante. Las instalaciones no son las mejores. La ducha estaba mala y nunca la fueron a arreglar. Por el precio que pague lo pensaria para regresar a este hotel.

The staff is really nice, rooms are clean, the pool is great. We had great time here.
