Paradise Beach Hotel

The location was great, easy to walk to several restaurants from the beach. Christopher at the front desk was a great help and very friendly. We look forward to coming back!

Very well located on gorgeous West Bay Beach, lush grounds, fun game room with pool table and other games, plenty of great choices at the Breakfast Buffet, Cayuco Restaurant right on the Beach with a good menu. Plenty of other dining options within a short walk. Overall a great experience.

The hotel is good enough but what really got to us is how many ways the hotel tried to price gouge. For example, we were told the pre-departure Covid test would be $50/person. Just a few steps away, we were able to get the tests done at Naboo Resort for $35. Another couple was told that the test would cost $75/person! This mentality extended to everything. The prices at the restaurant on the property are a complete rip off as well and the food is below mediocre. Walk a few steps to Argentinian Grill and the food is outstanding and much more reasonably priced for what you get. Anyway, decent property - just wished they weren’t trying to fleece their guests at every juncture.

Situated on one of the most beautiful beaches! Within walking distance to everything. Bar and restaurant very overpriced. Rooms small and no ocean views. Expedia website advertises rooms cleaned and vacant for 48 hours prior to occupancy due to Covid-19. This is not true. Would stay again just because of the beach!

Overall very nice resort and good location. But the suite balcony was very outdated and the kitchen and bathroom were a disappointment. Reported problems to the front desk and some were fixed immediately and others not. Cleaning staff was outstanding and friendly. Breakfast was great and staff also friendly. Same for beach bar/restaurant. Pool nice as well.

Our shower kept overflowing and the last night it overflowed into the room and wet our bags and clothes. One of the guards wasn’t very nice and always had an attitude with us. But the buffet was great and the dives and hermelinda was amazing I would come back because of her she always had the table we liked ready and memorized the drinks we wanted for breakfast she was great.
