Disappointing overall condition... expeted better based on the reviews. First room we were given had very bad cracking / peeling on the ceiling right above the bed. It actually seemed like pieces of the ceiling might fall off onto us on the bed. Spider nests in the corners of the ceilings. I asked to be switched to a different room and the staff was accommodating. Gave us a different room, which was in better repair, but otherwise similar. Nice location right next to the water though. Overall a pleasant stay in Sarnia, but probably won't book at this hotel next time.

Have stayed here many times...never had any problems...very clean rooms at an incredible price...

Check in and out were good. Staff friendly and helpful. Adjoining room not soundproof, I was woken by loud conversation. Shower could have been cleaner.

I took a chance on this property and I am so glad I did. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Sarnia.

It was extremely affordable, clean and updated. Staff was cheerful and friendly. Close to food, shopping etc. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very nice and easy to deal with. The hotel rooms were clean and they even had new rolls of toilet paper and unopened box of kleenex which is nice to see with covid going on.

Well worth the money - good location to the restaurant, marina and downtown.

Nice to park right outside the room without having to enter through the lobby. Clean room and comfortable bed! Close to the water

Everything was noce we like thye area and staff were great thos time , we will go back.

Most of the room seemed clean but the microwave was very dirty. Room was a good size. Only complaint was that the king size bed only had a night table on one side.
