We chose this hotel because they offered breakfast. After we had paid and checked in, we were informed that they were not offering breakfast and we would not be pro-rated for the inconvenience. On top of that, our room smelled like heavy cigarette smoke and a wet dog. It was almost unbearable. But the best part was the noise from the room next door. There were atleast 10 people in the next room having a party. All night there was music blaring and screaming and doors slamming. We got zero sleep and paid far more than this room was worth. I would not recommend this hotel, nor will we stay here again.

People were very friendly. Close to airport and on the water. Nice back patio area.

Everything was clean and nicely organized from the kitchenette to the bathroom.

Friendly staff. Pretty location. Breakfast was small but well attended and fresh.

when we arrived, our balcony door wouldn’t unlock , management came up and got it open but a part was broken . However since we had 2 dogs and did not want maintenance while we were out , they weren’t able to fix it . We were able to get the door open and able to enjoy our balcony ( door is really heavy) so we had a very nice time.This was our first time to stay in a TownPlace but will definitely return !

Clean and conveniently located

Everything was perfect..rooms were nice and comfortable, breakfast was delicious..did not encounter any problems..all front desk attendants were nice and pleasant and offered assistance without hesitation..I wil definitely return to this hotel when visiting Fort Walton..
