Cornaro Hotel

Clean, nice hotel. Good breakfast service. Very good location. Very friendly front desk staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I highly recommend Cornaro Hotel. I stayed 5 nights in there. In a nutshell, everything was won-der-ful! Breakfast is extraordinary. If you love breakfast or brunch, you cannot find any place in Split better than the breakfast in the Cornaro. The food is really tasty with a lot of options. Hotel staff are kind and helpful in a high level. I had a lot of questions not only about the hotel but also about the city. The staff was always keen to help with very good suggestions. I can't remember all the names but Ana and Vice are the ones I can remember of. Special thanks to you both! Location is really nice; it is in the center of Split. You can easily reach wherever you want simply by walking. The facilities are great. I really enjoyed spa and roof bar. The jacuzzi in the roof bar is really "must" thing to do. You can enjoy the beautiful view of Split while you are relaxing in the jacuzzi. Moreover, the hotel management offered me a free upgrade of my room with a bottle of wine when I checked in. It was really very nice favor. Not only this but they also offered me using the jacuzzi in the roof top with no extra charge. That was really kind and generous offer. Thanks again! If I ever make it to Split again, Cornaro would be definitely my first choice.

I cancelled this reservation Expedia team. I checked the cancellation numerous times. Why are you asking about my check in? Any charges will be declined by my credit card company. This is not a reflection on the hotel Cornaro... only poor Expedia performance.

Great stay in a very convenient location. Less than a five minute walk to the walls of the old city and the waterfront. About 10 minute walk to the bus station ( I timed this with two very heavy suitcases in tow). Hotel is very modern and updated. Fitness center is great and amazing breakfast included. Sorry that the roof deck was closed due to visit during the off season - but just an excuse to return again.

The thermostat was controlled by the front desk, which failed to bring the temperature of the room to normal levels. Had to sleep with the windows open. Not a perfect solution.

Overall a great experience. Would reccomend it. Simply put, very clean efficient and nice! Awesome location and cool staff. Breakfast included was a big plus

My wife, my parents in-law and I went on a short holiday break to Split over 5 nights. We stayed in the superior rooms with city views. This is well worth the extra charge as you overlook the main seafront. The rooms were very spacious, clean and modern with excellent in-room facilities. The bathroom was very large with a raindrop shower and separate bath. The hotel staff were all very friendly and attentive. Our breakfast was included in the room price. The breakfast was of very good quality and had a big choice of hot and/or cold foods, including omelettes that were cooked to order; fresh cut fruit; juices; meats; breads; cheeses; croissants/cakes and cereals. The hotel is in a very good central location close to the Diocletian Palace. Therefore, shops, restaurants and coffee shops were close by. The Riva promenade was a short walk away to go in excursions. The hotel was deceptively quiet despite its central location. The rooftop terrace bar was also a very good place to relax with a great view of the Campanile. There were outdoor jacuzzi tubs on the rooftop available. The very small points for improvement would be for complimentary bottled water to be provided for hotel guests. Also, the bed in our room was too hard and firm. This is a personal preference. There is good attention to detail at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others. The hotel is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
