Best Western Plus Weston Inn

We were excited for a quick overnighted in Logan. We found our room had stains on the curtains. We enjoyed our swim in the indoor pool. We were awakened by an alarm going off in the room above us at 6:00am. The room was vacant and the alarm went off for an hour. We tried to call the front desk but the phone in the rooms were not connected. We went to the hot breakfast room. There was plenty of food but no waffles. Having grandkids on the trip we were looking forward to waffles. As we asked the staff about the possibilities of having waffles since the machines were there - they said they only do waffles on data that they want. Today they did not want to make waffles. When asked at the front desk they mentioned that money is a cost. We won’t be staying here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parents letting their kids run all over the place making lots of noise. You could hear kids jumping on/off beds above us

Great location, Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, great hot breakfast included in the morning. Would definitely stay there again!

we were placed in a room next to the stairway to 2nd floor. All night long there were loud noises and people placing trash in the trash can next to our door. our door was bumped and people talking outside. We didn't sleep.

I really liked the location. The breakfast was good too.

It was about what I expected. It is in a great location in the middle of town. The hotel is a little run down and the rooms are dated and not super clean. Breakfast is average.

We were quite disappointed in our stay. First of all we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and so had booked a suite. The so called suite we got was just an ordinary room that they called a suite. We were very disappointed in it. Then the TV remote wouldn’t work and neither would the telephone or the drain plug in the bath tub. Sorry but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff at the Bests Western in Logan was absolutely fantastic. It was very refreshing to have people be so polite and tentative to the customer's needs. The guys working the breakfast bar were always hustling.

The only thing I did not care for was the noise of the traffic day and night. I heard it constantly. Staff was real friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was amazing. Precautions taken for Covid.

Good hotel for the price. Kids enjoyed the pool and the location was great.
