Stayed overnight during a road trip, no issues

The hotel was fine. I didn't end up with the room I booked on Hotels.com, but they blamed that on Hotels.com.

Check-in: While gave pen to sign registration form, had to use common pen for credit card scanner. Not covid safe. Had to sign a $15 charge for "incidentials" which was informed would be refunded at check-out if no charges. Asked what did it covered. clerk said would bring explanation sheet to room, never did so still don't understand why I had to agree to $15 placed against my credit. Was not informed prior by Hotel nor Expedia I would have to to do so. Never had to at any other hotel. Breakfast: Was advertised as hot breakfast. Only thing hot was one piece of bacon in pieces on a biscuit. Mis leading and at least should have lowered room price. Room was ok, but did not like the sliding bathroom door that left open cracks at either end. Also flickering niight was headache causing. While it might be the new concept, thought the wire baskets were strange rather than drawers for clothes. Overall feel was unwelcoming and sterile. Poor value compared to Drury Inn where get breakfast and supper and bar drinks at price less than this. First and last time at Hampton Inn

My family was well-served by the staff, and by the cleanliness of the hotel. It was very well kept

Great location to the highway for quick stay. Check in was quick and Covid friendly. Tj @ the front counter was very nice.

The pool and jacuzzi was not open that is why I booked .

Hotel experience was great. Breakfast go bag was meh.
