Motel 6 Knoxville - East

The room was clean and odor free. I liked that the entire bottom floor is reserved for pet owners and there is no additional charge for pets. That was a big plus for us. The only complaint I had was with the king bed mattress. It was too firm for me and made my 63 year old hips ache throughout the night. I had to roll over and change from my left to right side and back frequently throughout the nights I stayed. I may try the queen size beds on my next stay. Other than that was very pleased with the rate, staff and accommodations. I would recommend to friends and I would stay again in the future.

Other than the interstate road noise, the room was quiet and our stay was very pleasant. A no-frills room for a great price. Just what we were looking for. Would stay here again.

TV too small and up too high. No fridge.

The hotel and my room were very clean. The front desk person was pleasant and helpful. My room was directly behind the front desk so every person who came down the hall woke me up. Loud, foul-mouthed individuals. Not the hotel's fault, but I didn't get any sleep because of the noise. Beds, mmm, not so good. They lean on a downward angle at the head. May be time to flip the mattresses?
