Brilliant hotel, perfect location and lovely owners!

Great location 10 minutes walk from the duomo and not overly touristy. Strongly recommend to those who want to be close to everything but dont want to be in tourist traps.

Disappointed on arrival, having booked a Superior room a while ago as part of our wedding anniversary trip, to be told there was a plumbing problem, although throughout our stay there was evident occupation of all the rooms by other guests coming and going, so we suspect a double booking. This coloured our impression of our stay in Florence and we don't feel in a hurry to return. The staff WERE friendly, and full of helpful info about the area, gave us a bottle of wine to compensate, albeit in looking, not a premium one, Breakfast is minimal, Safe in the room is useful, the area is not far from all attractions The building is secure Bathroom well-equipped but shower stall extremely small. Photos of the property on site a little misleading as the garden shot shown is not accessible to guests, it's only available to apartments lived in in the block. Sign up saying private, keep out. Very small '' courtyard" with view of sky around eight floors above.. Into which all air conditioning units expel.

It's not really a hotel but 5 rooms on the first floor of an old building. When we arrived there was nobody to let us in. We had to wait 40 minutes fof someone to show up. Room was dark and smelled of cigarette.

Hotel is acceptable. Staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel has limited to no natural light because of location and the showers are very small, especially for someone my size of 6ft 2. Wifi is good and So is the location, the accommodation is only a ten min walk from Ponte Vecchio. Overall acceptable.
