Crown Harbor Hotel Busan

It would be great if there is power socket for mobile / ipad recharging next to the bed

It is quite outdated and room is small. The room we stayed was not very well lighted.

Nice location and good view. About 15 minute walk to the main train station, or 3,300 won taxi. Unfortunately there were buildings being built next door and noise started at 7am.

They need to change room for us because the neon lights of the sign on the opposite building were shining into the room. And the room condition was not good. They changed another for us the next day. That was ok. The hotel advertises kitchenette in the room, but there is non (on either rooms). Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The subway station and airport bus stop were nearby, bonus.

Clean room helpful staff. Did not try the restaurant..

Need more choice of T.V. channels.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly although they were not helpful giving me a direction to my next location. Hotel provided two bottles of water as a complementary. I would stay again if I come back to Busan.

The Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and would be the highlight of the hotel. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable as not only really hard but you felt the coils pinching your body with every move. Breakfast was a Luke warm, standard mixed Western and Asian food. Except for the staff, I would easily say give this a miss.

Hotel room was spacious and location was a 2-min walk from Jungang subway station exit 14. Nice and convenient, but I do have one issue to bring up. I'm not sure if it was just my room or if it's the same way with all the rooms, but I was quite annoyed with the bathroom shower stall. Usually hotels would make the ground in the shower stall slightly inclined so that water will flow towards the drain with the help of gravity. But for some reason my bathroom shower ground was either too even or lopsided that the water flow was AWAY from the drain. This resulted in water pooling instead of draining, and occasionally causes flooding if you're in the shower for too long. Seeing as I was only staying in the hotel for 2 nights, I didn't bother to complain and just tolerated it, but it was definitely an annoyance that affected my experience at this hotel.

Convenient location for our business-visit, room in pretty good condition overall and services and staff met all needs.
