Incredible hotel. Staff are friendly. The hotel is impeccable. Food at restaurant is amazing. Loved it! co-conscious and hip.

Great stay. Fantastic location, friendly staff, good restaurant. A lovely peaceful place to escape from the NYC hustle and bustle.

This boutique hotel is amazing. Unique in its approach (everything organic and green) the smell is AMAZING when you walk in, I bought a candle with the fragrance (that they sell) just so I could bring it home with me. Personalized service was impeccable. Close to all the good stuff! I will always stay here now!

Really nice hotel in a great location but two major flaws needs to be taken into account before choosing to stay. First there is a lingering smell of fried food in the hotel due to the restaurant Jams with its open kitchen and sadly when you get out of the restaurant you just have to change clothes and the smell lingers in all the hotel (stayed at the ninth and the smell was there). The staff is nice and helpful, they answer all your questions and you have an app to order in room dining or whatever. They wish you « welcome home » when you get in the lobby and when answering your messages but overall all the tech and the lack of real space other than the small lobby makes up for an impersonal experience. After staying one week I asked for one hour late checkout (I mean one hour only), the lady at the lobby didn’t fake checking into her computer and told me straight away that it was impossible. I never got such an impolite answer in all my hotel stays...

Had a lovely time. Staff were great. Lots of little touches like a bag of chocolate on our bed on arrival and complementary fruit in the foyer during the day. Breakfast was a real treat too and the coffee delicious
