Beautiful and serene 5 star resort in Ubud with amazing view of rice terraces! Stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with private pool! Friendly staff! Food and service was amazing! We would definitely return!

The main infinity pool facing the rice terrace is definitely the highlight of this resort. The staff and service is top quality. We could see that they went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We had no major issues. This hotel is situated 10 minutes away from the main Ubud centre but the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the main town (note it is on a timetable).

Worst experience ever! Definitely don’t recommend!

Absolute worse resort I have been to! Don’t waste your money or time there. Visited Bali with my family and stayed at several different resorts in man different locations. This by far was the worse resort I stayed at. I stayed for a few days and I definitely don’t recommend it at all. Service, staff, and cleanliness were shocking. The staff including the general manager were so rude. They threatened my husband saying that they’ve got copies of our passports and our details, calling us liars because we needed to check out early due to emergency back home, hung up on my husband saying he has no time for him. They also accused us of stealing the music Bluetooth device after checking out while we didn’t even have one in our room when we got there. We chose to stay at a villa wanting to have our own private pool. However, we couldn’t even use it due to it being so dirty. Leaves, dead insects and creatures floating all around. Housekeeping wasn’t done properly. The only thing that was getting done was the bed and getting rid of towels. Bins did not get changed everyday and essentials weren’t getting restocked on a daily basis. Our room had a double bed instead of a king which did not meet our room descriptions. Public pool was small and does not really accommodate for the amount of people staying at the resort. We couldn’t really use it because it was always full. Overall, we had a shocking experience and will never be back there or recommend it to anyone.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were only a few guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Our room was cleaned efficiently, each day. The views were excellent. The surroundings of the resort were kept meticulously clean! We will definitely be recommending to friends and family. We will come back!

The hotel is very nice and the staff is the kindest, we used the spa and had an extraordinary massage service, food was very good as well. I rented the bikes and there are some good climbings around if you like biking

it just very very good

love everything at this hotel, I am sure I am going back to this hotel every time I visit Bali. the hotel restaurant is very good, spa is nice, and view is super nice with the rice field. Also, hotel will have the morning walk to the rice field every morning , highly recommend guest to join.
