great location on the boardwalk, food was close and parking was convenient

Love the place, service and room but the parking lot is not big enough. They have other areas but not in the hotel proximity.

I had the ocean view and it was amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

The first room had no shower curtain and the kitchen area was dirty. There were stains on the couch as well. Second room was much better but the couch still had stains on it.

The room at night smells like mold. Also our first night there it was peace & quite, the next day it was very noisy, people moved in next to our room, they turned music, and made noises very late at night we couldn’t able to sleep well. The bathroom door in our room make a squeezed noise every time we closed the door.

Room was clean and beautiful , check in quick and easy, perfect view! Haven’t stayed here in years and glad we gave it a try!

We had a wonderful stay at the Commander Hotel & Suites. We will be coming back next year.

I was pleasantly surprised. I haven’t visited an East coast beach in forever. I normally pick Florida or and island but due to Covid I just wanted to take a drive. I’m honestly always afraid of beach hotels that don’t come with a big name. The room was very big , beds were comfy. I feel like it could have been a little cleaner. I noticed a moldy substance in the bathroom sink stopper and also a lot of dirt in the sliding door . It’s obvious that neither of these had been cleaned in quite a while. I was also a little disappointed when I saw a steamy room from my balcony, assuming it was a jacuzzi or steam room but found out it was an indoor heated pool. I surely would have taken advantage had it been mentioned to me during check in. The weather was very iffy and I didn’t enjoy the beach as much as possible but I surely would have visited this pool. By the time I found out it was closing on the night before my departure. We also were not told during check in that even though our room started with a 4 that it was on the 3rd floor. A lot of frustration and 15 minutes later, we figured it out somehow . All that said, my overall experience was good and I would visit again. I actually thought of trying to extend one night but due to an event the rates were 3 times as much, so I decided to come home.

Rooms was dirty and full of bedbugs my body was full re robbed then I spoke to reception and they said that the room was fumigated they changed me to another in a little better condition but it was not what I expected

Its nice area only room need maintained on it was dirty and broken door insect like spider wed and had bad experience witb this hotel nevern
