The Lerina Hotel Nusa Dua

The bed are clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful and polite however must pay attention to the toilet, it must be washed properly.

We were having to ask multiple times for water and fresh towels. Also got burnt On the kettle that didn’t turn off. We left 3 days early as we just weren’t happy

Staff were really lively, couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel is far away from anything of interest. If I’m the area as a tourist would suggest looking at Nusa dua resort for a hotel, not this side of the area

Modernity of the rooms was surprising and friendliness of staff.

Was good hotel for the price but not to much around the area to do . Hotel was comfortable but starting to age a bit . Breakfast was ok

Was nice. Enjoyed it. On the bypass, but inside hotel was nice

舊酒店，毛巾和床鋪舊得賓館也不用，套房的門鎖每天壞一次，每次都入不到，員工走入另一個爬入露台入去門囗，酒店有叫我轉房，但太多東西，費事煩

酒店房間陳舊，床鋪被套更陳舊，清潔一般，部分員工掃完地會直接掃出露台，整體是香港二星級數，不過有一樣值得讚賞，員工非常友善及helpfully!

部屋はとても綺麗で、プールやレストランも綺麗に整備されていました。 なぜか3日目のシャワーでお湯が出なかったくらいで他は大満足でした。

スタッフ、部屋の広さ、部屋の掃除等、良好でした。 ただベッドのマットレスにダニがいて全身やられました。 在住者にダニブロッカーを借りて解決しました。 また一部の滞在者がマナーを守れない感じでしたが、ホテルの責任では無いかもしれません。 スタッフの方の対応は非常に良かったです。
