Hotel Real de la Sierra

I don’t know how that place got such a high rating, it was not clean and no breakfast until 9 a clock!

Check-in: Hotel is in the downtown area. Stairs to all the rooms. We had the room with the bunk bed and double bed. There is no fans or air conditioning in the room. It got quite hot in the room at times unless we had the balcony doors open. The power was out for about an hour on the hotel street side the first night we were there. The fridge in the room was not cold at all and it smelled like something was rotten in there even though nothing was in it, so we did not use it. The beds are pretty hard. The noise level at night was ridiculous. People were partying all night till about 3am outside the hotel on the street..plus all the liquor stores and bars on the same street did not help. The hotel staff were very nice and polite. You get free breakfast..it was okay! They give you pancakes, granola and yogurt, fresh fruit, and you order what they have on the menu. If i was to go back to Mazamitla, i would rather stay in cabin area than a hotel.

A few blocks from the center of town but still a little noisy on busy nights. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms a little tight when you consider all the furniture that is included in the room. Overall, we had a fair time and no one in the group felt unusually bothered by any feature of the hotel.

it was ok is a beautiful hotel the only thing is they closed door on night time when we come back we called them several times to have the door open

Beautiful place. Great service. Perfect location. But no window. Everything was great but except for it not having a window. But if it had a window, they could probably charge double.

Todo el servicio muy bueno, la ubicación excelente para moverte a donde sea... Solo el colchón de la cama muy duro.

El servicio de desayuno es muy completo, la verdad de los mejores que he probado, y el servicio que ofrecen también es excelente.
