The Spinnaker

It was a last minute Labor Day trip and we lucked up with a room been searching all day just got on the road and literally was 30 mins away and this room popped up and we snagged it. Everything was clean and neat minus a little urine on the floor around the toilet but no worries I brought Lysol and Clorox wipes to clean again

It was ok and quick and the staff was really pleasant

With all that going is on now you would think they’d make sure the rooms were extra clean. Unfortunately it was not. Bathrooms had hair in the bath tub. Im glad I brought cleaning products.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking can be an issue due to the Malia's restraunt being connected to the Hotel. Price was fair. I would stay there again.

We had a late check in and the front desk was patient and quick so we could get to our room. Our room exceeded our expectations. Convenient location and friendly and helpful staff.

So we booked this hotel last minute after reading the newest reviews about our last booking having issues with cleanliness, which is frankly a dealbreaker. We cancelled that booking and then booked the Spinnaker. We have nothing but good things to say about this place. The front staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was exactly as described, and the view from our balcony was amazing. Room was clean...we liked the divider within the room especially if more than one person had to change or needed privacy. No one came to clean the room (as expected during COVID) but they gladly gave us extra towels, etc. Only wish there was a tray we could have used for the oven so we could warm food up. We are looking forward to staying here during our next trip.

We found a bottle of Pepsi next to the couch, the tv remote control did not work, the air conditioning remote control did not work, and very noisy, the elevator is old, small and slow. For the rest is fine. The location is pretty good and the parking lot too.

Hotel room was clean. Pool was nice walk right onto the beach. Close to alot of activites. Kitchen was a good added touch.

The bathroom would not flush, and the burners on stove did not heat took 30 mints for eggs to cook. I paid 339.00 and i will not go back
