Great hotel and service area of convenience and excellent csr

I VE A REGULAR CUSTOMER FROM HOTEL ANCIRA ALWAYS WHEN I BE IN MONTERREY I MADE RESERVATION ANCIRA HOTEL, BECAUSE I KNOW ALL IS GOOD.

A little disappointed. This was going to be our 4th time staying in this hotel because the pictures of the room shown in this add is excellent but this time that we went they didnt give us this room which I had paid extra to get it. They said that maybe I have had luck on the previous times or there were available. This 4th time we stayed in the regular room and it was SO! Tiny. The tv wasnt working and didnt get the extra money I had paid for to stay on the large. We left the next day to stay at crounce plaza. Totally different and cheaper. The buffet was excellent by the way!

It was super good, but they need to clean the carpet. But the place is awesome

The towels had a smell not enough towels air condition was bad had me going room to room checking the air condition to see if we can find one room that air condition was working late at night

I like the valet parking, and the staff knows me by name.

The hotel lacks of a sign that tells you where the entrance is. We park on Ocampo Street and had to walk all around the building to find the main entrance.

Was a king size bed booked and ended up with a full size, ac unit was noise

Great place in the middle of old town. Clean, feels safe and very old world in my opinion. A/c works great and nice bes. Knocked out immediately

The hotel was build in 1912. The original look in the lobby area has been kept. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Very attentive staff, and excellent food. An excellent location, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, museums and the convention/conference center. Because Monterrey is not a tourist area, I had a different experience than I have had when I have visited tourist areas in Mexico.
