Nona Lani Cottages

Exceeded our expectations. Clean, quiet room, lovely private lanai (patio), beautiful gardens, and a wonderful beach directly across the road. A word of advice to anyone staying in Kihei - bring earplugs as there are a lot of feral chickens around and the roosters start crowing very early!

The property was very private. Felt like a home away from home. Everything two people would ever need on a trip to get away from the hustle and bustle for a bit.

The accommodations were definitely rustic. It had a mildew/log cabin smell. Our air conditioner was broken, but because we checked in after office hours, we didn't have a means of getting it fixed. In the evening, the bathroom counters were covered with small bugs. They seemed harmless, but it was a little gross. Cleaning during the stay is not included.

Great location and property, but too expensive for what it was.

Perfect accommodation for a small family who is not looking for the resort experience. Wonderful location across from beach and great launching point for adventures on the west side. Clean and modern. Could not ask for anything more. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

There is nothing I did not like about this property. Nona the owner and all the workers there are very friendly and helpful. There is a pomelo tree outside our room and Nona cut some and put them in pur refeigerator. The room was spacious and clean, the location was excellent just across the beach. Will go back and stay here again.

The hotel was super clean, across the street from the beach, and staff was extremely kind!

Great accommodations. A little too far for walking to the eateries in town, but nice beaches right across the road. Definitely a less congested area, which made it very relaxing and quiet. House keeping is extremely thorough and it had the quietest/nicest AC unit. Definitely would recommend.

Our stay at Nona Lani Cottages was EXCELLENT! What a gorgeous place! The rooms are huge and full of a/c lol. A plus in Maui. The location couldn't be more central to everything. And just the grounds are so lushy and beautiful and full of Hawaii vibes. I loved this place! Check-in was sooo easy and everyone was wonderful.

This place was absolutely amazing so friendly. And the staff were some of the best I've met. place was so clean u could eat ur dinner off the floor.. Thank u so much.. Alli & steve.
