部屋はよかったのですが、朝ご飯で卵を焼くスタッフが咳し鼻をかんでいたのでお皿を触る前に手を洗ってと言うと手であしらわれて、洗わないと言われた。とても不潔で不愉快でした。ホテルスタッフの教育を指導すべきだと思います。

경치좋은곳에 위치한 괜찮은 호텔이지만 도심과의 접근성이 떨어짐

리조트인 만큼 도심에서 차로 이십분정도 산속으로 들어가야함. 호텔<->도심 왕복 무료 셔틀이 하루 네번 정도 있음. 방은 깔끔한데 에어컨이 없고 선풍기가 있었음. 달랏이 한국관광객이 별로 없어서인지 식당에 한식이 없음. 그리고 방간 방음이 잘 안됨. 리조트를 원하는 게 아니라면 도심에 위치한 호텔이 더 낳아보임.

No aircon in the room, quite stuffy when the weather is hot. Service is so so as it was a bit slow. Other than that, fantastic views & facilities.

Not for non Vietnamese.

Dining staff do not understand or speak English. They bought the starters and main course out at the same time. Could not tell my Vietnamese partner what came with the steak. They said nothing, I ordered sides, but steak arrived with mash and veggies. So wasted money there. Front desk unwelcoming. This is clearly an upmarket resort for Vietnamese families only. I was the only Westerner and got quite fed up with constant stares of disapproval. The grounds and rooms are wonderful, but plenty of similar nearby hotels for non Vietnamese visitors.

The setting of the resort is on a lake which gives a peaceful & relaxing setting. Two things of note: you are about 4 miles from town. They do provide shuttle service 3 times a day to town. We booked what we thought was a 2 bedroom villa on the lake as we were 2 couples traveling. When we got to our villa (which was wonderful) it turns out we were in 2 ensuite bedrooms downstairs with complete strangers in the upstairs bedroom. You are to share the livingroom, dining room & kitchen. We immediately phoned the desk ... not their fault, it is fault of booking company. Next day their was a different couple upstairs ... neither couple was aware either they would be sharing. The resort has made no effort to check or correct booking services ... and they seem to have no interest in doing so. Overall the resort is very relaxing ... just be sure to check where they put you. The villas are only 3, 4 or 5 bedroom!!

Very Nice Place

This place is isolated and quiet! Love it! If you are wanting to get away and relax this is your go to place. The only suggestion that I have is they need AC in the rooms. The food choices are good and the staff are excellent.

Best location to enjoy nature, landscape is wonderful, just right next to lake. A lot of attractions around. City is 10 minutes away.
