Overall the room was very nice except for it seemed like some places on the floor we're not completely vacuumed.

great bads, easy going atmoshere of the hotel

I’m very disappointed with this location because my daughters 10k Diamond necklace was stolen out the room. We checked out the room and I noticed I left it so I came back and asked the housekeeper and the front desk was it left and they claim they didn’t find anything. I checked back into the hotel the same night and they gave us the exact same room and the food and beverages we had the night before were still left in the refrigerator. I am highly upset because if I’m choosing to spend my money at this specific location I do not expect to be stolen room, and the housekeeper denied cleaning the room when I clearly saw the front desk assign her the room when we checked out. I wrote a note and gave it to the front desk with my contact information on it and it has been over a week and I called morning to check and they still claimed there was nothing found and when asked for corporate number and they hung up the phone.

When we checked in they gave us a room thatcalready was occupied!! We opened doir and went it to find peoples stuff in the room. Made the experience very scary because i had my 3 kids with me and did not feel safe.

Facilities have some nice improvements. Front desk guy didn’t look so happy. I was nice to the guy but I didn’t receive any “ please “ or “thank you” and I think that’s the easiest part of their job. The room was comfortable but there were some crumbs on the bed and hairs in the bathtub. Overall, ok experience.

Completely grossed out to find old food containers and candy wrappers from a previous guest in the drawer of the nightstand. This was discovered as we were packing to leave. Wanted to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. When we spoke to the front desk person about it, he didn't seem too concerned. His response was "we don't always look under the drawers when cleaning"...I wonder what else they forget to clean. Won't stay there ever again!

Sam and staff where very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is in a very good location and I would stay there again

Room was very clean. Needs were comfortable. Front desk personnel were very friendly and courteous. Lobby was immaculate

They checked us into a room originally that had other guests in it. Was extremely loud and overcrowded. One of the members of staff attempted to enter the room without knocking but thankfully it was locked but she thought it was empty.
