Wonderful customer service. We definitely plan on returning.

It was comfortable enough. No elevator, and the ice machine evidently needed service on the second floor because it continued to beep all through the night.

The location was good but the place is filthy! The ceiling fan was full of black dust and, the floor wasn’t vacuum daily, the bathroom tub was dirty, There’s ants or some kind of bugs crawling in the bathroom corner walls. The cleaning crew didn’t do a good job, they left Us no towels for 2 days that I have to go up front and get it Myself each time. I wouldn’t recommend it!

The bathroom was dirty around the toilet, the floor, shower and counter.

Out of all the hotels I would have much rather stayed somewhere else and paid more. It smelled horrible in the rooms, signs saying “no smoking” but it def had the bad odor. Rooms are old. I found strands of hair in the sheets. I didn’t want to touch or use anything in this room. I only slept and got out as quickly as I could. For the price would not recommend what’s so ever. The staff was nice and friendly. For 70$ a night felt more like a cheap motel on the side of a road..

Employees were very pleasant. We were told smoking was not allowed in the room, which we do not smoke, however, the room reeked of smoke. We informed the desk immediately so, they could not penalize us for smoking. Make sure you bring adequate shampoo/conditioner too, as their bottles were very small and dried out my hair too.

Person at the desk when we checked in was very nice and personable. Beyond that we didn’t really interact with staff. There was a stale odor to the room that included a hint of smoke. The lamp bases were very dusty and the TV remote was dirty and sticky. There was only one station available on the TV and the hair dryer didn’t work. Neither was a big issue since we spent very little time in the room.

It was ok but my refrigerator was all old and no elevator though

No Elevator, so you had to carry your luggage up stairs to get to your 2nd floor room. Room was clean but no blanket or bedspread on the bed. Just a top and bottom sheet. Breakfast came in a brown paper bag; with apple, muffin and a granola bar. We stayed 3 nights and when we came back to our room after visiting family, bed was made, but only one towel and no coffee was refilled for the coffee maker.

It was so comforting and relaxing and I loved it
