Empress Hotel

Great stay, good location.

We arrived to a very warm welcome. Check in was also quick and easy. We arrived at our room which was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We stayed 3 nights, it was a little over warm even with the heating off as we were on the second floor and the insulation was very good. I forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door on our second morning and the very efficient room servicing team tried to come in at 08:30 whilst I was in the bathroom. I put the sign up that night and was not disturbed early again the day after. Great stay, very close to both the Erdinger and Augustina restaurants as well as the metro station. Great location and great breakfast too, we’ll be back again.

Great stay at Empress

My stay was amazing! Empress has great rooms, a lovely breakfast and a very peaceful outdoor area. Perfect, relaxing choice for a weekend in Munich. Helpful Staff.

Flying visit

Had one of the 'Suites' - Room 501 which was massive and had 2 balconies. Comfortable and well kept room.

Schoenes Hotel mit nettem Team

Hotel ist gut gelegen (U-Bahn, Supermarkt, Restaurants) und auf der Strasse gibt's kostenlose Parkplaetze. Zimmer ist recht geraeumig (fuer angegebene qm Zahl) und hat eine Kueche mit Kuehlschrank und Microwelle, was insbesondere fuer Reisende mit Kleinkindern sehr praktisch ist. Eine kleine Terasse gabs auch, dafuer fehlten Essecke und Couch, die auf den Bildern gezeigt wurden. Bad und Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Matrazen waren weich und unbequem. Statt des bestellten Kinderbetts bekamen wir ein Beistellbett. Zum Glueck hatten wir ein Reisebett dabei. Fruehstueck war gut und hat genug Abwechslung.

Very polite staff, Hotel needs improvements.

I was looking a hotel in a specific area in Munich and at that time it was the only one with available rooms for under 180 €. It cost me 90€. I wasn't expecting much but I was a bit disappointed. The first room I was given smelled like someone had smoked in there. Then I was shown to an other room. The room it self was fine and spacious. The shower wasn't thoroughly cleaned and the water was not that hot. The doors are not soundproofed at all, in result, you can hear everything that's going on in the corridor. I must point that both two receptionists I talk to were very professional, friendly and polite. That was a plus point.

Nice small hotel near the subway

Slightly older hotel with actual keys for the door but still very nice and the staff was awesome. Breakfast was very good and staff very accommodating. The hotel is in a nice residential neighborhood but situated right next to a subway station which made trips downtown quick and convenient
