Best Western Little River Inn

It was a big room. I liked that.. and lots of cable channels. Sheets were dirty .. and bedding was too

When we arrived we were given room 102. There was a strong damp smell in the room so I asked to get an other room, which was done promptly. The room 309 was very nice and there was a nice little breakfast for the next morning

I found this hotel to be pretty uncomfortable. We had a room with a king sized bed and the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were very small and flat, no king pillows here. Both my husband and I slept very fitfully. When you spend 159.00 a night for a room in a small city you expect a certain level of comfort. When we arrived an hour after check in, the desk clerk looked run off her feet, many of the rooms weren't cleaned yet due to a staffing problem. There was one clerk and one housekeeper for the entire place and I was told the rooms were sold out. The room usually comes with breakfast. Understandably, in these times the breakfast area was closed. I don't have a problem with that. But instead of reducing the room rate, a grab and go breakfast is supplied. The paper bag contained a bottle of water, a granola bar, a disgusting cookie and an apple wrapped in cling film. Would a bottle of juice been too much to ask? A muffin? There was no kleenex in the room and only half a roll of toilet paper. We did not have a do not disturb sign and we attempted to cut down our environmental foot print by hanging towels to use again and they were cleared away. All in all I can't believe how expensive this place is considering how sub par the stay was. I was very disappointed.

Was a little disappointed, hotel could use some TLC, won’t be back sorry Bathroom shower was small, water damage on the walls, bed was comfortable but needs some updaty

Service was very good, the room was a bit smaller than expected for a small town like Simcoe but still very comfortable, cleanliness was good enough for an inn but not at hotel level, overall a very pleasant stay!

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were happy with it also safety precautions taken in lobby and hallways. Masks and hand sanitizer for lobby

I didn't have any issue. Room was very clean and bigger than I expected.

I didn't like the fact that the pool wasnt open. Poor breakfast choices. And the charger light stay there. It was just a place to put my head down nothing special.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The morning staff was also very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the fact that even though the restaurant was close they provided a go-bag with somewhat healthy snacks for the road. I had a 3 hour drive ahead of me so the bag was very much appreciated!

could have been ok... not a lot a furniture, bed just ok, swimming pool broken for a while, but worse for me was that house keeping seems to regulay forget or skip rooms...left 10 am, sign put on door to make room, came back 7pm exhausted after busy day to see nothing done, sign still hanging at door and housekeeping gone for the day... definetely not a good thing for any hotel experience
