Best Western Thunderbird Motel

Hotel was OK, but not in great repair. I prepaid for the room through hotels.com, but the hotel said they did not receive the payment. I had to pay the hotel directly and contact hotels.com for a refund on my prepayment. Because of this, check-in process took 30 minutes.

I had to come to Tennessee for a family illness. I was planning to only stay 2 days and up staying 5 days. The hotel staff was excellent. We stay at this every time we come to Cookeville and will continue to do so in the future

Stay was short, overnight, the woman who greeted me when I checked in was amazing, very helpful and friendly. In the morning, as I checked out, the guy who helped me also helped me with getting some breakfast before I left, great experience!

The room was clean, front desk helpful. A super shout-out to Elycha (possibly) doing breakfast. Fun, friendly she was a 10 and made sure we had a good breakfast! The am front desk clerk was also top-notch- a sweet lady.

Staffs were wonderful. This place is so clean and they have remodeled everything so modern. I am pretty picky so during this covid time I decided to rent motel for safety reasons. This has to be the cleanest motel by far.

Great check in. Lady was so nice. Room was great and clean. Everything you want in a room. Great place.

The rooms were very clean, bathrooom was nice. No mildew on floor or shower. Shower head very nice.

Great place to stay to visit several waterfalls in the area. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but the room was clean and comfortable.

Absolutely awesome clean rooms friendly staff and a good value
