Best Western Executive Suites

The stay was ok but the didn’t like the room being on the outside.

Received a free upgrade to a suite. Fantastic water pressure. Comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly and caring.

The room was very clean. My husband and I both agreed that the bed was too firm but thats just our opinion. I rate our stay with a 4.5 star out of 5 stars.

The jet tub kept turning on by it self There was dead flies and trash on the bed when we first got here. So I called to the office to let them know an all she said I’ll let the manager know but nothing wasn’t done. I ask for a roller bed And they do have any available but this suppose to be a 5 star rating and I paid 290.00 for 1night NEVER AGAIN

I did not like that when I got here and checked in I was asked for another credit card and got charged an additional $150 fo "incidentials" because I used another site to book the room. There was no option to book director through the hotel, so i had to ise a third party. I was charged $87.19 for the initial booking. I batley had the money for that so getting hit with an additional $150 at the door was very upsetting and cut into my finances big time. Got to the room and there was no bedding for the pull out so we had to go get that. Pulled the bef out and there are stains on it. Why advertise the room sleeps 5 but only have 2 towels and if coarse didnt offer any more at check in. Hopefully we can get more in the morning. It really sucks that there won't be breakfast in the morning. I do like the incredibly huge bathroom!

The room and bed were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was not as clean as I would like, but not terrible. We only had housekeeping service our room on one of our 3 night stay. We had to go to the front desk to get extra towels. The WiFi never worked. The Tv remote barely worked. It would work for a few moments after turning on the TV and then it would stop, so you could only watch the channel it got stuck on. We asked for new batteries and were told that if you stood at just the right angle with your arm high above you head it would work. Seriously? It didn’t work! Overall ok stay, if you don’t need WiFi, Tv, or clean towels!

The room was clean and spacious. The toilet and bathtub area were cramped but worked. Overall a good place to stay and I would do it again.
