Location good, breakfast situation is worst seen!

Positives: Location is great walking distance to all major attractions etc. Staff member Mahmud very helpful. Negatives: Small rooms. No tea/coffee in lounge area as advertised. Breakfast a disaster. Not enough food for all the guests. Always short of butter eggs coffee etc and guests have to keep asking for it. Very embarrassing to keep asking for breakfast we paid for. Dinning area very small with not enough tables for guests. One time I had to take my breakfast to my room as there was nowhere to sit. Extremely short staff, never stayed at a hotel so short staff. Receptionist is doing dining room duties etc, one girl is running the kitchen. No room service as advertised.

We booked the property on April 11 at around 2pm. We arrived on the property on April 12 at around 2:30 am BC we were traveling by road. When we arrived they didn't have the room we requested. They didn't have any room that accomodated 3 people. They have us two rooms after searching for 40 mins however both rooms were smoking rooms even though we had requested non-smoking rooms

Very bad service - no water facilities throughout the stay - couldn’t have a shower, no toilet paper, no WiFi and no breakfast. The staff was very unhelpful and could not communicate in English when reporting a problem otherwise spoke and wrote fluent English. The Manager was very dishonest and promised to provide a refund knowing the stay was not to a good standard as we had to use outdoor water facilities however he did not contact me and did not approve of a refund to hotels.com

In an excellent area, within walking distance to Blue Mosque, Haggia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar. Room was kinda small, but worked just fine as we were rarely there.

Terrible staff

terrible staff there, will never recommend to anyone to stay there. They are ready to fight with you any moment. Specially the uzbek guy at reception, tells you to shutt up and later ready to fight with customers all the time. Upon complaining to manager on duty he was sorry later and tried to make fake smiles.

Awesome location, great room, great breakfast

I really liked this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect to walk 3-10 minutes to the major sites (Hagia Sophia, blue mosque, hamami, Topkapi palace, grand bazaar). My room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and even had a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! The breakfast buffet was copious and awesome. They also served tea, coffee, and cakes in the late afternoon in the lobby, which was great. I didn't find the desk staff to be very helpful and one person gave me a terrible recommendation for a nearby place to grab a kebab. Luckily the next day I found a much better place. I got a great price, which made this stay 100% worth it!

Convenient location to San Marco

This hotel was perfectly adequate for what we wanted. It was centrally located, clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Actually, very kind. Venice is a place where space is at a premium and I can't make any comparison between this and other Venice hotels, so my guess is that if I could compare it for price and amenities, I would rate it higher. It should be noted that there are some not inconsiderable stairs to the hotel, so being in shape and able bodied is important! And this may be the case for most hotels in this price range in this area of Venice.
