Absolutely great place to stay with families! Hotel very clean and host very nice.

I have stayed at many hotels as a travel nurse, but I can say this was one of the most safest and cleanest hotels I have seen in a while. In the midst of the Corona-virus, I was very picky on where to stay. If you are traveling alone, with family or a little one that is a must stay place. I will return again with no problem. They even offer disinfectant wipes in the room, that is an plus!

Excellent stay

The room was spacious and clean. I slept well however my boyfriend did not. He said the bed was hard and his back was sore. The staff was nice. This hotel is adjoined with Fairfield inn who actually checked us in. There was no attendant at residence in desk until Saturday evening. Hotel manager was very nice and accommodating when storm knocked the lights out. The only bad thing was there was no coffee or breakfast bags. I understand we are in a pandemic but other residence inn offers coffee and bagged breakfast. When I inquired the manager went to the back and gave me a prepackaged muffin. Again I don’t mind that but I had to ask for it.

This was my wife’s first visit to NC, also meeting my family in Charlotte. Our experience within this hotel was great, actually better than expected. The room was extremely clean with a warm homely feeling which made our stay very comfortable and staffs were friendly & polite. However, we was disappointed that the shuttle service to the airport was Not available. But We’re actually planning our next stay in the Near future.

Stacy and Cassie were very helpful resolving an issue we incurred. Their helpfulness made the rest of the stay perfect.

We LOVE this hotel! All the ammenities are great! The pool actually goes to 5 feet so it doesn't feel like a large bathtub. We haven't used the grill but saw someone using it and their food smelled great. We love the size of the rooms, kitchens (including a dishwasher), showers, and storage space. The area is peaceful & quiet, good for walks. There are quite a few convenient & delicious restaurants closeby too. If you enjoy seafood, check out Krustaceans! Their low country boil is THE BEST we've EVER had!
