Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Northwest

Front desk staff at check in was pleasant and helpful. The hotel lobby looked nice. Our room was large, and looked nice when we walked in. However, it was not cleaned. The counters had not been wiped down (food from previous guests still on them), the shower had hair and soap scum on it, the carpet had trash and debris (obviously not swept). Thankfully, the sheets looked nice and clean. We just Clorox wiped everything down and wore socks. In the times of COVID, really not a high bar for cleanliness; disappointed.

Bed was great. Prettty clean. No breakfast. Was told bagels and pre packaged things but we never saw it. Coffee only. I guess 9am was to late!would stay again

Nice, comfortable rooms with lots of room. All areas were very clean.

Location is very convenient to medical facilities and some favorite eateries. Good value and quite comfortable accommodation. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.

COViD is some of the issue but the cups weren’t stocked for a drink, breakfast in the cooler was limited stocked, staff is always in the back room instead of available at the front desk, towels at pool were not stocked (had to request) and bathroom floor had hair on it like as if not fully cleaned. Oddly enough even with that being said, it’s the first time I’ve stayed at this version of a Marriott and it was a nice living space and kitchen like a Homewood Suites would give you. Great price point and best of all I felt safe at the location.

This hotel is exactly what you think it is. It was clean and the room had an apartment feel. I felt safe and would stay there again. The gym is open 24 hours and has a place to film your water bottle which I really liked. The area had a walkable Starbucks which I love.

Room was perfect & functional

I had questions a few times during our stay. The first time I waited almost 10 minutes for the only worker to get off the phone. The next day I waited over 10 minutes for someone to get off the phone to help me. We also checked into our room and the couch arm had mud and debris all over it. They moved us rooms and the next room was pretty clean. The breakfast was really lousy. They had a couple to go items in a tiny fridge (similar to the ones people have in their dorm room at college). There weren’t very many people staying in the hotel, so we mostly had the place to ourselves.
