Casona de los Sapos Hotel Boutique

The property is beautiful and is 2blocks from the central square and all the action. The staff is beyond outstanding!!!!! They even have a chef who is only the tenth 25 year old to receive a Michelin award. This hotel is exceptional in every regard.

STAY!

This hotel is located in a Colonial building in the center of the historic district. I think it is better located than the so-called fancier hotels. This is closer to the center and to the restaurants and shops. The room is tremendously spacious. The linens soft. The amenities provided are by L'occitane. The staff is sooooo friendly and helpful.

Mariel the front desk agent was very friendly and she was able to communicate with me at all times prior to our arrival during the arrival, there was a misunderstanding and she immediately follow up with us. Victor the bell man was also super nice, Javier our morning server was fast and very genuine with all my dietary needs and allergies. Sadly the experience at Miazal was great even though they accommodate my needs to an extend many of the menu dishes were not available, as well as there was not a drink menu, was not upselling by the server and they rushed us to make a decision on our dinner options because kitchen was closing at 9:30pm.

Great Hotel and Staff

Very Clean, Friendly, pleasant Hotel with all the amenities as well as Excellent Resturant with great food. This definenitly the place to stay for a quiet relaxed stay. The Hotel staff is very accommodating. It is almost central to the Historic Downtown.

Amazing

Great and beautiful hotel, very attentive and polite staff, excellent location for visiting Puebla. Just go, you won't regret it. We had to leave early morning and they where up and waiting for us. They had coffee and freshly baked bread (from their own bakery) ready for us for the road. It really was an amazing experience.
