Hotel Puri Raja

All staff exceptional, hotel beach front location, walking distance to shops, restaurants. Pool nice. We stayed in an old room which is functional but next time I would make sure its one of the renovated rooms. (looks like they are slowly renovating and improving)

The property is okay, with the location excellent. The rooms are clean, but it is a large complex, being long and narrow with reception some distance form the pool and restaurant area. Not really a big issue. The pool (near the restaurant) is nice but the whole area is quite small which makes it quite noisy with a few people drinking in the pool bar. Breakfast was okay, but not a buffet, and you order off the menu, then help yourself to fruit. My biggest problem was the construction going on outside my room which I wasn't advised of prior to booking. It was very noisy and disruptive. The staff didn't seem to care to much, so I checked out and went somewhere else which was much quieter. I probably wouldn't go back due to the pool area being so small, but it was an okay hotel, possibly a ,little over priced.

Great location, loved the ocean view whilst eating breakfast. Close to some fantastic restaurants and Mugshot Cafe around the corner has the best ice coffee I have ever had. Shower water pressure could be improved, but over all, loved our stay and will be back.

I literally only stayed for one evening as I had a late flight and used hotel for late check out. Staff treated me as if I was as important as any long standing guest - very friendly reception from all the staff and that was most appreciated. the room was simple but adequate and the beachside bar is the perfect place to watch the sunset

Great place in Legian

Right in the middle of everything. Beach bars shopping. Friendly staff loved it. They bought me pancakes for my birthday a great touch.
