Great hotel just maybe update the dishwasher it’s loud. I picked it based on location, ratings and pet friendly

I absolutely love the full studio layout of the rooms, made my stay perfect and I was able to have team come and work altogether and I enjoyed the high ceilings and spaciousness immensely!

Great location, clean and everything we needed.

The bed was uncomfortable (really thin, cheap mattress). Had to change rooms the first night because the A/C was so loud (rattling). Once that was sorted out, it was a nice stay. Especially the free laundry. I would stay there again just due to the free laundry (had to supply my own soap obviously).

I highly recommend this hotel. So clean and comfortable. I especially liked the convenience store and all of the staff was very hospitable. Room was beyond expectations. Will be staying here again for sure!

The people at this Candlewood suites we’re very friendly and helpful the hotel as well run the staff was courteous

Every time I stay at this hotel something is wrong I like the area due to the restaurants.Cecilia is so unpleasant to work with. She always has an excuse and even tells Hotels.com that I complain to get something for free. What the director should do is let everyone go including the manager and hire people who do their job correctly. A new cleaning crew who will clean the rooms correctly, Cecilia shouldn’t even be working with customers with the attitude she has. I also feel like the reps there steal money from guests not refunding the full $50 hold and when called about it they have no explanation for this. Think twice before staying here. Drive down another street where the Marriott are or holiday inn is much better service and rooms there.

Very nice and spacious room. Kind of a weird smell when you walked in the room but it didn’t linger long.
