SureStay Hotel by Best Western Cedar Rapids

It was a great hotel and I felt safe! Not to far of a walk for food to eat! This place is suitable for Comfort and great for you’re self, or Family come and see for yourself and find the key to the happiness you need in the live Fr, you live.

Check out 11 am awakened by work men for hotel outside very noisy at 630 am then housekeeping comes around at 930 am to knock on my door n walk in seeing if I checked out gee figured they would have a better system to see if people check out makes no sense to walk into a locked room with no notice or warning

Once we arrive to location we was racial profile because the clerk was not smiling or she didn’t greet us right. So we walk up to counter an let her know we had reservations the first thing she says we had to pay a deposit of 50 dollars so we let her know it wasn’t on the computer but we paid anyways so we ask her what is it for she replied just in case you mess the room up I’m like I’m grown why would I mess the room up so I waited on the keys. So we rented four rooms one room was mess up had transferred to another room then the heat didn’t work in that room had to transfer again we barely was there for the two nights we stayed we had family we came to see. So on the check out why did they had to go check our rooms but nobody else rooms was check I stood there an watch this was a mess up stay an we will never stay here again shameful how this hotel is ran

Well just like the last time we stayed there the parking lot was full of people playing loud music and drinking all night. My husband and I went up there to stay for a little honeymoon get away and had to deal with that noise and there was only one towel in the bathroom

It wasn’t open. You owe me a refund. No one turned off the reservation system.

Big,Big room almost square,no change of bumping into bed frame.King size bed plus nice size couch. Lots of outlets. Best water pressure for sink and shower. Front desk person very kind,great personality. No problem staying here again.

The people were polite and pleasant. The room was clean and well taken care of.

I booked online with you and then the hotel also charged me for 2 nights. The person at the front desk was apparently new and got very frustrated with me when he asked for my debit card and said he wasn’t going to charge anything but did charge me not once but twice. I went to the front desk and the gal working then helped to refund my money and reached out to you guys to get one night refunded because of their mistake.

Friendly staff. Recently renovated property was clean and pleasant.
