Best Western Plus BWI Airport Hotel / Arundel Mills

I took a little family get away that was suppose to be for a week but I’m not staying in this hotel the whole time due to lack of concern for patrons especially with us dealing with a pandemic. The first two nights were ok, not great but ok. The third day housekeeping did not come and clean our room. We had to sleep on dirty linen we were told they would come clean the room so we went out for the day. When we returned the room wasn’t cleaned. Very disappointed but we dealt with it. The next day I went to talk to Managenment and to my surprise they tried to make it seem like it was my fault that the room wasn’t cleaned. After a lot of back and forth they told me the room would be cleaned, when we returned the room wasn’t cleaned we had the same dirty linen on the bed and no blanket they also left the dirty blanket that my granddaughter had spilled here drink on. The service here was horrible and management only made matters worse. I would not recommend this hotel. There are a lot of other things I could complain about but I don’t feel management cares enough to resolve the issues. Just do yourself a favor and find another hotel to stay in. There are plenty of other awesome hotels on this area. I made the mistake of staying here but I will not stay here again. COVID 19 health emergency is serious and this hotel does not make cleanliness a priority.

The hotel wasn’t cleaned as it should be, especially during a pandemic, they did not clean the rooms, they had no clean linen, no blankets for the beds, and mold and mildew throughout the hotel. They had wet vacs on throughout the hotel all the time trying to dry up water. Management dis not address issues only made excuses. They didn’t have housekeeping after 1 pm because it was slow. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The operations manager was the worst. She was rude and did not care about the safety of the occupants. Housekeeping staff didn’t speak English or acted like they didn’t when we requested our rooms be cleaned. Horrible horrible, horrible.

Overall it wasn't awful but there were several things that occurred to make it less pleasant including a half naked man running up and down the hall for an hour at 10:30pm. The front staff did handle the situation though. I did find one bug crawling in the bathroom but the rest of the hotel appeared to be clean and I was very happy with the cleanliness of the pool. We really like the idea of reserving the pool as it was nice to have the pool to ourselves and safer with covid. Only thing was two kids wouldn't leave despite their parents telling them they needed to leave if people came. The morning "breakfast" and coffee was really disappointing but the pub next door was fantastic and convenient. Front staff were very polite, friendly, and accommodating.

5th time staying there. Wonderful staff. Always accommodating!

The hotel was not in what would be considered a normal location but definitely easy to find and convenient. The pool area is a bit dated but clean. Would be nice if either the pool or area was heated especially as it gets colder.

The rooms were clean and I was satisfied. I was very disappointed that it is advertised full breakfast, which why I chose the hotel and all they gave was an apple and granola bar, coffee was available but the juice machine did not work.

The room was very nice and clean. With all this COVID mess I must say I felt safe...I still sprayed down with Lysol lol. I didn’t really interact with the staff but they seem fine as well.

My stay was very nice. Great location. Will definately stay there again

Overall pretty clean. Due to covid no breakfast buffet, only small pack with banana. Need to call for shuttle from Airport. Most of the amenities are not available.
