Best Western Firestone Inn & Suites

Friendly staff, great service, will stay there again.

We don't really travel a lot but we really like Best Western Hotels is the one we pick but, this one really disappointed us. First the back of the chair was broken (but was replaced as soon as we told the desk clerk) the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet it self. It was loose and very difficult to use, even after we reported it to the desk clerk, the room was never refreshed our stay was four days we did get one set of towels we did have to ask for them we did not have any facial tissues that is always suppled. The glass tray in the microwave was missing the tile in the shower was missing and in need of repair. We wished we had taken pictures of the problems Our daughter and niece had no problem with their room. When we returned to the hotel on Saturday evening their was a party going on in the Breakfast room. No masks no distancing no safety precautions at all. It seemed to us to be an Employee party with Beer and Tequila. Picture Enclosed from the next morning the room was a mess. Why is it ok for such a party to take place under the circumstances.

Jerry was especially friendly and helpful with suggestions. The room was clean and quiet. Great bed! Appreciated the convenience to Rt. 25 and Starbucks and gas next door. I'd stay there again!

Good staff, I appreciate their customer service on all shifts. I was disappointed that the gym and pool are still closed? Is this really necessary? Room was not clean, had used plastic utensils laying by the microwave? Also had black hair in the bathroom on the floor and on the counter. Floor by bed has some bad spots on it, looks like a throw up? I have stayed here before, did not have these issues...

Was clean and good for a nights stay. Pool and workout closed in case anyone wants to know.

We have stayed at this best qestern in firestone(Longmont) area for several year when we visit family. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and nice rooms

all good only distraction was heavy traffic noise 24/7

We had a late check-in, but everything went smooth and we found our room very comfortable and clean!

This hotel is not one I will use again. They first assigned me to a room that was already occupied. Then every night I had to have the keys redone as they just did them for the day. Finally got that done the next to last day. The "Breakfast Bag" was horrible. The muffins were almost to the expiration date, the fruit was way past its good date. They didn't tell you that you had to ask for cleaning of the room and fresh towels daily. Very poorly run hotel and the bed was one of the worst I have ever slept in. Definitely will not be using this hotel again.
