Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hermiston Downtown

Very nice

Hermiston is a small town in the middle of no where. It is where my in laws live so we visit often. Until recently we stayed at older local small motels but this holiday we choose to stay in the new tall structure of the holiday inn. This location was clean well lit and the staff was very pleasant. Will definitely return.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding!

By far the cleanest and most modern hotel in the Hermiston area. However, they lack the customer service abilities of some of the other local hotels! We had recently moved to Idaho so we still had an ID with a Hermiston address. They continued to question us in a condescending tone about the reason for our visit. 5 stars for the amenities, location, and comfort, 3 stars for customer service!

The rooms are clean and pretty comfortable. This is a great place to stay for a night or two, and we often stop here on road trips.

This hotel looked almost brand new. Very impressed with the condition anf cleanliness.

This is our hotel of choice when we come to visit family. We are always received by friendly people at guest services. Our rooms are always cleaned to perfection and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is excellent in the showers as well. We also love the pool. We have stayed in this hotel prior to COVID-19 and during COVID-19. We feel very safe staying here as the hotel seems to have a good handle on how to manage the hotel during this pandemic.
