Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Wayne Southwest

This was a great place to stay. Very very clean, great location. Quiet and kinda private which I loved. Rooms were super clean! I wouldn’t stay again because I stay just to sleep while not at work. The beds were uncomfortable & being on the third floor isn’t good. Next time I’ll only ask for 4th floor because someone above me had very heavy feet! But I will say it is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in around the area. I would stay again if the beds were more comfortable!

The pool was a bit cold for an indoor pool. As well as hotels .com shows this place having a sauna which it does not. However the staff was very friendly and helpful and price was right for us

The stay was very pleasant. The facility is fairly new, very few people were staying over Labor Day. It was clean, service was good.

I really enjoyed my stay because the room was clean comfortable and very cozy and quiet.

It did the job. Traveling for a youth baseball tournament and bed was comfortable as for me it the most important thing. Bathroom was spacious and nice! No maid service which I don’t have an issue with during these crazy times. Better safe than sorry but overall a very good stay for the conditions the world is in

This was rated fabulous which raised my expectations. This was Covid time so we ate in our room which was very tight. This was not a suite though it had a tiny frig with no freezer squeezed in. The cold bagged breakfast wasn’t to our liking. For the price I prefer comfort suites which is an actual suite.

The room and bed were very nice. The staff were not extremely helpful and the to go breakfast was not very appetizing.

Good location. Was happy with the price. But did not really receive value back for what we paid. The hotel was not air conditioned in the lobby or hallways; the overall feel of the place was stale and not kept up. It’s sort of, we built this modern hotel and now that’s good enough, eventually the place will just rot. In the room itself it was air conditioned as expected, and yet the room was barely passable as clean. It was not “military” dust free, the one hook on the wall in the bathroom was coming out of the wall, the bathroom shower curtain had serious mildew, the door to the room was not balanced and was hard to shut - and the deadbolt lock I couldn’t turn from the inside with the knob.

Very friendly staff. They went out of their way to make us feel at home.
