Traveling on business, this has everything you need and more! Comfortable room, very clean. Everything is new and modern. Will stay here again if I am in the area

One night stay

Very clean and quiet place. The bed was very comfy. The front desk people were so friendly both at check in and out.

We had a great stay, it's close to a mall if you need outside food or things like that. It's a great distance from the zoo as well. It is a little difficult to get into the parking lot for the hotel but that isnt the hotel's fault

Dirty comforter

Nice hotel and very comfortable. Our comforter had what looked like lip stick on it so I imagine that it was never cleaned. We just took it off as we didn't want to complain but probably should have with the pandemic going on.

Great Place to Stay

The room was clean, the hotel was nice & quiet over night. All staff was super nice & friendly. I would definitely recommend this place & i would stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel very late at night, we learned that the third party we booked the hotel through booked us the wrong dates! We didn't have a room. The lady working at the front desk was super sweet and amazingly patient with us as we tried to sort everything out with the third party so we had somewhere to sleep that night. We we tired and irritated (not at the hotel, at the third party) and she was incredibly gracious. The same goes for the manager that night who dealt with some very confusing phone calls the third party erroneously made to the hotel. We're amazed at the friendliness of the staff! They definitely deserve some praise for so kindly handling a confusing and frustrating situation. The room was also very clean and the experience with the hotel itself great. We would stay again!
