Never got there had to rent hotel in another city hotels . Com wouldn’t work with me they suck I will never use again

Great place to stay, clean room, comfortable bed, and smooth check in. Plus they got amazing shampoo. The smallest things make the long distance trip so much better. Also there’s a whataburger across the street. Score!!

I left a medical glucometer in my room. I called immediately to ask if housekeeping could retrieve it. The front desk put me off and claimed no one could check until the housekeeping supervisor got back after her day off. Three weeks later they still have not returned my calls. At this point, it appears whoever cleaned my room didn’t turn it in and management doesn’t want to be forthcoming about what happened to it.

Nice hotel well located excellent staff and nice rooms

It was such a long day Saturday got to the Hotel Andrew was great, He was friendly and helpful. When we travel back to El Paso we will be staying here again. Andrew was awesome.

Have stayed several times and it’s always a wonderful experience.

Staff was very helpful and flexible. I needed my bathroom cleaned due to being sick and they sent someone right away.

This idea of not being able to get upgrades even being a platinum member only due to booking through Orbitz is very irritating.
