Not family friendly not sure if it was the weekend we attended but was more of a party scene with lots of drunk people at the pool. It was about 1:30am and could hear people yelling, screaming and unable to sleep. This was more of a party scene than we like. Traveled as a family and did not enjoy the atmosphere at the pool or after hours.

I won’t stay here again. It’s great that the hotel is so central to lots of great restaurants and bars but the over craftsmanship of the building is lacking. The walls are thin and the windows don’t block any sound so you hear everything happening in the room next to you as well as all of the parties happening at nearby hotels and bars - even in a room on the 10th floor. In addition to the sound, I got locked in the bathroom (btw why would you make a peep show shower in a room with two beds??) because the pocket door broke. The top track for the door wasn’t bolted properly. Fortunately I wasn’t alone so someone was able to call maintenance. Even after they “repaired” it, the door didn’t close properly. The beds are very hard and we’re advertised as two queen beds. They were doubles, not queens. Overall the staff was friendly but the valet team asked me multiple times a day if I was checking in. If you’re going to charge me Four Seasons prices, I expect that level of service. I wouldn’t pay more than $300/night for this hotel.

The Pendry had a great location and the area surrounding it was very walkable. The hotel staff were all very accommodating.

Was charged an extra night for our valet parking, front desk typed our email wrong twice so we couldn’t receive our invoice, but the hotel was quite central and in good condition! Busy and a bit loud on weekends!

This was such an incredible hotel. Start to finish from staff to amenities. Everything was top notch, I can't wait to go back!

Nice and also

Our stay was focused on us having a relaxing evening. It was such a lovely room and nice bathroom features. I will say we had a high pitch noise (most likely the pipes expanding) right after our showers but that went away. Even though the hallway doors were loud and extremely heavy when you were inside the room you didn’t hear them close at all from the other guests. I would recommend and suggest others to go for a nice evening away.

For the 5 star hotel, they should replace some of the furniture that looks old and dirty. There is a little sofa in the room and you better not sit on it without putting a towel on it. There is no VIP upgrade from Expedia available. In my opinion, it shouldn’t be a 5 star hotel.
