WoodSpring Suites Firestone

Staff very friendly. Dont like the location at all (though convenient for people traveling north-south due to the highway) and building/rooms reminded me of run-down, sterile military housing (albeit the property does a planned - and much needed - renovation starting floor by floor in a couple weeks. They offer a kitchen, but dont even loan out pots/pans cutlery like Extended Stay America. You have to buy the stuff. What is that about? Oh and first place i’ve ever stayed (including hostels) that dont have SOME sort of morning coffee option, either in the rooms, the lobby or both. There is a 7-11 nearby though and the lady didnt even charge me for mine since i brought my own mug. So guess i did get free coffee thx to 7-11 (and guidance by the staff at front desk, all of whom were VERE friendly and helpful.

Few were wearing masks despite mandate (including staff), it was super cheaply furnished and EVERYTHING is a pay- extra-for item, including fresh towels. The kitchenette is bare---you have to pay extra for even a fork and spoon. The bed was so uncomfy. I was so pleased to be on my way after two nights. Can NOT recommend.

After securing a weekly rate(third party expedia),it was necessary to check out a day early(resulting in a credit of $64.82).The credit due to 6 days at the weekly rate. I was told upon check out,that to receive credit,I had to have expedia call them to release the funds.They gave me expedia's #.When expedia called them,they re-nigged on what they told me and REFUSED to give the credit.LIES,LIES. Does wood spring need the $64.82 THAT MUCH?They should say so and I will give them a donation!!!

There were many loud guests and a couple next door that was violently fighting and screaming for 9-1-1. They also slammed and hit the walls ALL NIGHT LONG. Many sketchy characters and strong cigarette smoke smell throughout. Front desk was very friendly.

When I first got there check in was very unprofessional and took 3 tries to get into a room. However I did have to cut my trip short and the Manager was extremely helpful and friendly! Doesn’t happen very often but he did turn my view around on the place. The rest of the staff should think about some customer service classes.

The people that work there are very nice awsome but there customer's on the 3rd floor very nosie sorry but very nosie other then that awsome place
