It was a great place,clean hospitality kind helpful staff exited place

The property was very outdated. The other guests at the hotel made it seem like they were staying for low income housing. It was awful 0 out 0 stars. Worst stay ever! I would pay the extra $20 a night to stay at the Hampton totally worth it! The hotel w nasty and gross.

Could have been cleaner but overall experience good

The staff was very nice! I had never been to Gastonia... not my favorite town. The room was fine accept it could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty. I didn't walk around the room bear foot. I couldn't get the tub to drain after showering. The WiFi kept randomly disconnecting. Bed, TV, A/C were all fine.

Good place but there were bugs. You have to go fetch your own towels and washcloths from the front desk daily. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was okay except for the nastiest woman hotel host that I have ever met that runs the front desk. Patty, I believe her name is she works evenings and resides at the hotel. I was there over three weeks and had done nothing but mind my business and that nasty hateful woman yelling at me for no reason and refused to let me stay again after I paid for 2 nights in advance. I lost my money and a reward night. I am extremely upset about that. She is a low-level nasty woman with the need for Jesus.

We arrived and the clerk was very friendly in assisting us. Once we checked in we headed to our room. The first floor had an old stentch to it. We got on the elevator and it reeked of urine. We arrived on our floor and as soon as the door opened we were met with the stench of marijuana. The entire time we have been here our floor has smelled like a weed dispensary. Me and my wife are both in the military and cannot be around drugs but we did not find a different hotel due to the no refund policy

Awesome service clean place and room thank you to the lady who gave me the room and Mrs. Young who keep the 1st floor like a 5 star hotel ,thank you both.

I would never stay here every again
