Overall experience was ok. Nice hotel. Unfortunatelyvwe came up to relax and hottub was filled with kids everytime we went to go dwn there. Then next day was out of service. It was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was for hot tub. And our room had a hallway door jiat outside and was being opened and closed all night

Never in Traverse City. .. everything restaurants etc closed from covid .. desk staff checking in were amazing kind helpful and very welcoming.. also staff awesome when we left .. very clean comfortable..

The hotel and its staff are lovely. Our stay was very comfortable. They are adhering strictly to COVID guidelines. So strict, in fact, that I have one (very minor) suggestion. Since there is no regular housekeeping, with a three night stay, it might be helpful to have some kind of garbage collection set up. Especially as guests are likely eating all meals in their room.

As perfect as anything should have been

Beginning with booking I would rate the customer service phenomenal, Matt was so kind and helpful. The front desk was informative and friendly upon check in. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was perfect. We loved that it was a great location and close to downtown, everything was close.

The customer service was excellent. The view was even satisfying even though it was a corner room. My husband and I had a wonderful day.

Lovely property. I know the rate was commensurate with the season. The rate was very reasonable and clearly not market rate when demand is higher as your property is beautiful. I was there only one day for business. I hope I can find a way tor revisit Traverse as a casual visitor and certainly would look to stay at Bayshore again if available. The environs are quite different than central Florida and intriguing to the outdoor enthusiast. Stay well. By the way, Glenn is the business owner who paid the bill. I'm Linden.
