Convenient

Friendly check in, extra pillow would have been nice. Given that ‘bag breakfast’ provided for people flying early this could be better organised - eg had to ask for a bag, no teaspoons (how to eat yoghurt) etc - but uninspiring for the money but very convenient

Great for an early flight out. on-site ParkIng

Well you certainly can’t get closer to Bristol airport. But a very quiet spot. Fantastic to walk to the airport. The hotel is new and clean. Public areas spacious and good. Breakfast buffet good and service starts early if you have an early flight. The team are polite and helpful. Great on-site parking.

Extremely bad service.

Our flight was delayed, so arrived 2 hours late. Rude receptionist who couldn’t even ask me politely to bare with her as she had a problem. Then waited over 20 minutes to get served at the bar. The bar man was helping her sort a problem. When eventually decided to serve us she shouted from one end of reception to the bar that was the last of service. She should obviously not be hospital. I was extremely stressed as my husband has vascular dementia plus hydrocephalus. I realise it was late but a bit of servility and kindness doesn’t hurt anyone. Sad to say I will not be using your hotel at Bristol airport again. 😡

Comfy stay at the airport

The bed was absolutely great, would love the se at home. Rooms were clean. Breakfast adequate. I do think the rooms are a tad overpriced, but it was still very convenient for a late night arrival or early morning flight.

I expected better of the Hilton brand...awful!

We have used Hampton by Hilton before at Bristol for early morning onward air travel but this will be the last time. The hotel is tired, the common areas are unwelcoming and feel like an airport terminal. The food is questionable and the variety and quality is poor. The room was basic compared to all other chain hotels, one inferior quality pillow each, no USB charge points and tea/coffee provisions that had been worked out to provide minimum consumption. As a frequent business traveller I know that others offer so much more for the same and often less cost. Never again, there are too many other options nearby. Thank you for helping us make our decision on where to stay for the nights before travel for the further three trips we have planned this year.
