Not like the picture the view was beautiful but the bathroom was not very clean . Hardly any toilet paper . It was loud ! Parking was really far and sheets looked old . There was a smell . Not happy with it .

Worst hotel experience. Bed bugs on the bed and room. Dirty, words can’t explain it. I really don’t recommend it. First time I write a review and reason is to inform people NOT to go there. We stay there for about 10 minutes and left for a better hotel.

Our bed mattress was worn down you could sink in it, sheets where rip towels where so rough you could exfoliate with them . Noise was laugh, cigarettes left all over the terrace same with beer bottles metal chairs Bend and broken no elevator and we were place in the 3 rd floor is a nightmare Decor in our room was all mix match it looked more the preschooler had done it I think for the price I could of gotten something nicer I was very tempted to leave after the firs night since it was super noise al I don’t think I would comeback

The valet was non existent, either the driver was busy, off, or just didn’t wanna drive. Not once was my car parked, I had to drive it to the parking lot and taxi back or I had to taxi over to pick it up. Oh and whoever moves the cars at that off site lot smoked in my rental.

The first day was exellent but on the last day the front desk atendant was horrible, he refused to have our vehicle back to the hotel at the time of check out, we didnt know the our van was or anything, so at this point we were on our on. We had to get and pay a taxy to finaly get to our vehicle. I will not stay in this hotel ever again.

I was very disappointed with them. I tried to reach them though their phone number, through message, e-mail and they never replied. I had a problem on the way there so I tried to tell them, but it was impossible to reach them. When I finally got to the hotel, I could not change my day and they would not work anything out with me. There was a lack of sympathy from the hotel. They did not care for their customer

Hotel looked nothing like the pictures on site, very unsatisfied, no tv control, no A/C (during hot weather), shampoo and soap opened and used, towels old and stained and it took an hour to get my car from off-site parking. I had to cancel one night and drive to another town to stay befor3 heading back home.

As of February 2020 The location = amazing Service staff = very helpful Rooms = charming but no overhead fan Mattress = comfortable Pillows = disgusting and old Sheets = cheap Lacks small things that makes a basic charming room a little oasis where you can rest after a long day as a tourist.
