Had noisy neighbors. Otherwise a good and clean place.

Location and price were good. Older motel, but clean and reasonably maintained property.

The hotel is definitely dated however you can't beat the price.

I was very impressed with the front desks agent, very helpful and had the right answer to every question i had, now when I mad at it to the room, it became clear it was not up to the standards at the front desk, the carpet needed at least a better vaccum, th he bed skirt was torne and mattres and box spring probably should have been replaced a few months before I arrived the sink ran all night long, and the heater a/c blew cold air all night long.

The toilet leaked and made noise I had to fix it before I could get to sleep. The heat didn't work neither did the a/c. The pictures of the room were obviously fake. The room smelled like cigarettes. There is no breakfast.

Our room had roaches. Since we checked in late and just sent the kids to bed as soon as we got here. We didnt notice the conditions of the room until later. We woke up to stains on the toilet seat and stains on the towels. Blood stains on the floor and god knows what on the ceiling. We evacuated as soon as we saw the roaches run across the wall. When we brought it to staff attention they told us cause we didnt see them last night we werent getting out money back. I have small children that could potentially get sick from this roach motel.

I didnt care for the maintenance man telling me i needed to buy my own plundger and leave it in the room. Then call my diabetic girlfriend a junkie

The weekend I traveled to Wichita area & needed a room, everything in was basically booked. I got VERY lucky to get the room I did, & booked it simply because it was cheap & the only option other than other rooms that were $150+/night at other locations. I was going to be checking in around 10PM and leaving at 6:30AM. Just needed a place to sleep. And this was it. Room was very basic, but did the job! Bed was clean.

The check in process was easy, the front desk lady is super nice ! Overall the hotel stay was terrible. No room service was done during our stay. We asked for the trash to be taken out they pointed to where we could go throw it out. Asked for the room to be vacuumed, got handed the vacuum and had to do it ourself. Got woken up at 2 am by an altercation outside our hotel. We had to call 911 because of a robbery. Terrible! Will never stay out there. Couldn’t pay me to stay there either.

Not very clean. Needs updating badly & a bunch of druggies there. Poor choice for sure!
