Too bad for the heat pump

Bed was good, breakfast below basic, but we’ve been annoyed by the heat pump noise that went on every 10 minutes very loud

Nice little place.

Nice location next to restaurants and friendly staff. Unfortunately the air con was down for the whole hotel.

Good price/quality budget hotelm

Price/quality this is a very good pick for this hotel ! It is a simple budget hotel, but has a reception and a decent breakfast in the morning, so actually has all you need for a good price. I have stayed in different hotels in the area, and this is one the best deals around. Being very close to the shopping center makes it also easy to go out and eat or buy something in the evening.

A chain hotel - no surprises

Standard hotel by the ring road - also Le Clerc supermarket & other shops nearby. The room was a bit stuffy when we arrived and we found the window only opened a fraction at the top and, despite the large 'climatise' sign on the wall, we were told it was finished on 1st Sept. We were fortunate that the workmen were there and reinstated the air-con. OK for overnight stop but I would choose elsewhere.

Cheap and mostly cheerful.....

First room offered stank of sewage so immediately changed rooms. Fine for a brief cheap stay but get it at a discount!

One night stopover on way to ferry at Dunkirk. Excellent accommodation breakfast very good.Close to auto route. A bonus was very good brasserie opposite.

Avoid if you have any other options!

My experience at this hotel is by far the worst I've ever had. The receptionist/security personnel wouldn't let us check in unless we paid again; although our booking was prepaid through hotels.com. We had to contact hotels.com and wait for half an hour to get someone who speaks French to communicate with him and at the end he just refused us entry unless we paid again and more than the fare we already booked it for as well. Ultimately, we just had to pay again as we were tired and after an hour arguing with the guy it was obvious he's not going to change his mind and we had to pay! I also have to mention that we contacted the hotel directly on the check in day to say we are going to arrive late and we were told that our room is going to be ready whenever we arrive. Now, the hotel itself is very basic with non-lockable toilet doors, wifi that doesn't work and only 2 pillows per room; and I wouldn't dare to ask them for an extra pillow because you might easily get kicked out. The room itself was smelly, dusty and outdated. I know that this is a 3 star hotel but it is certainly much worse than that. I would avoid this hotel at ALL costs and I also have to blame hotels.com for having this hotel on their site and doing nothing about this whole thing.

I arrived at 11.45 pm Friendly guy on the desk . Room he gave to me stank badly of cigarette smoke . He was going to spray my room with air fresher , but thankfully offered to move me before I had to ask as the smell was bad . Moved to next room and everything was fine . Eventually had a good night sleep followed by a well presented simple breakfast . Everything I required would stay again if I was in the area . Secure parking too
