Hotel Mozonte

Front desk service was slow and unresponsive at first. The cleaning staff and hospitality staff were all amazing. Overall, I would stay again.

Terrible experience! I booked a room for my mom because she was going to have a procedure in a nearby hospital. When they got there first there is no parking like they advertise, they had to leave the vehicle in the street, then when they checked in the staff had an awful attitude, they were not organized and even gave them another room not the one I chose when I booked the room, it supposed to be a 3 bedroom room and they put them in a room with two beds and to top it off the beds were dirty and the A/C unit was not working. When they talked to the frot desk they encountered an ugly attitude from the employees like they are doing them a favor for staying there. When the finally got to the room I had requested it was clean but the hand soap dispenser was broken and not toiletries were available. The Breakfast was Ok but it's limited. Needless to say they will never return to that hotel and will just book in one of the international chains.

At check in they told me they didn't have my reservation and that I had to call Expedia. I wasn't able to get through to Expedia on my Nicaraguan cell phone. They woman told me my room was available anyway and proceeded to charge me double what I had already paid with Expedia! What a scam!
