Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta / Perimeter Center

My room was not quite as shown in the pictures. It was less spacious, dark and the carpet was filthy. The sofa bed was in pretty bad shape with the springs popping up. Pillows were very soft. Hallways were dirty. Masks were not being enforced. Breakfast was poor. For the same money I could have got a much better room, or at least clean. We booked the place for 8 nights, but we left the next day, yes it was that bad. We lost 700 dollars. They didn’t even offer a partial refund. We had to reach out to Hilton’s corporate to get a refund for one night. A transaction that I’m still waiting to happen.

Love that the property was clean, front desk staff was super sweet and helpful being staff was limited due to holiday. Housekeeping didn’t make sure that rooms were stocked with necessities like dish washing soap, dishwasher detergent, a dish rag, or linen for sofa bed. I normally leave a tip for HK., they hounded us about checkout and I forgot!

Definitely, a great hotel. The staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was nice. I would recommend for family trips that require several nights.

Homewood is slow down it quality. I always choose Homewood, but lately the quality is down I have to pick some stuff in the front desk because the room was not complete. Also, the condition of the room needs some repairs. Homewood needs to low the rates or improve the rooms.

TERRIBLE. I’m not a review Karen I swear but this hotel was horrendous. The staff was rude and ghetto. My infant kept pulling down my mask and my hands were full so the front desk lady watched him yank it down and screamed at me to put it back on lol which was pointless because she watched me continue to pull it back up time and time again. The hotel does take a $150 deposit even though their website and hotels.com says they do not require one. I also called ahead to double check about the deposit and was told they do not need one. Well they do. The pool was freezing and they had air conditioning on in the pool room while it was 50 degrees outside. The front desk lady threw the bag of bedsheets at my feet instead of just handing to me.the toilet runs constantly and apparently there’s nothing they can do about that either so yeah I’d recommend just not staying here. Hilton should be ashamed to attach their name to this establishment

Great stay. VERY friendly and accommodating staff. Loved the patio area with the fire pit on the chilly evenings. Clean and spacious rooms. I will be back again!

My stay was very relaxing. The room was very clean. My only thing was there was no one at check out. It's always nice to se a pleasent face.

The property was easy to find. Very comfortable room with good amenities and staff were friendly.
